We were tired of renting a small space for big money and decided to purchase. I met Janelle through a mutual friend. The day after signing a contract, my husband was given notice at a job he’d held for 12 years. Janelle didn’t budge. She made calls to various lenders asking “what if” scenarios so we could be prepared. After an awful inspection on the first property we wanted, Janelle found 3 more properties for us to look at while we decided if we wanted to invest time and money into the first. This preemptive work ending up finding us a fantastic house. Job loss, carbon monoxide leaks, radon, foreclosure history. All of these would’ve made anyone else run the other direction but Janelle dug in and stood by us. For that we are so very grateful.
