After owning our home since 1964, we decided it was time to move to a smaller home that was more manageable. We contacted Janelle Carpenter, of Realty One Group and she took care of everything for us. She made all the paperwork easy, created a beautiful online photo album & details of our home so that anyone in the market could really see the potential of the home and property. Janelle also addressed every one of our questions and scheduled all of the appointments from inspections and appraisals to open house day and appointments for showing the home. Overall, Janelle did an excellent job! Just shy of a week being on the market, she found a buyer who was just as in love with the property as we were. We closed within a month.
