I had very few personal interactions with this agent. As a real estate agent is, she was extremely busy and had to rearrange her schedule to meet up with me. Super friendly and sweet lady who took time out last minute to show me the properties. Communication was an issue, I had to reach out several times, also the negotiation price was accepted in documents before that was communicated to me by her, so I was confused as if we even got any sort reduced price. She, for the most part, did her job. The major complaints were not with her but with the actually purchase.

Janelle was caring, attentive, and personalized every second of this experience. Extremely accommodating to our strange schedules and worked hard to make the start to finish process of buying our first home enjoyable. Highly recommended contacting her for all your real estate needs!
