About Janell

Hi! I'm Janell. I have spent the last 24 years as a salon owner making people feel confident and taken care of and now I am bringing that same drive into my real estate business. Owning my own salon for many years has taught me a lot about building trust, paying attention to the little details, and making people feel comfortable during big decisions. Buying or selling a home is a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel a lot less overwhelming and a lot more fun! I work with clients throughout central Iowa and love helping them find the place that fits their life and feels like home. When I am not behind the chair or doing all things real estate, you will most likely find me at one of my kid's sporting events cheering a little too loudly or hanging out with my family!
