We were referred to Jane for our condo listing after it sat unsold for 4 months. Jane was a completely different realtor than any we've worked with in the past. She is incredibly hands-on, present and was constantly working to sell our property. We had already moved away from the area during the time of the listing, but she was a great help to us by taking care of the little details (like minor cleaning, replacing light bulbs, etc) to ensure that the property looked great every time she showed it. She is a great communicator, educating us throughout the whole selling process. She always answered all our calls and texts immediately, or in a timely manner if she was otherwise occupied with another client. We have been told by previous agents that an MLS listing "sells itself". But Jane doesn't think that way. She was actually there in person to show the unit and answer any possible questions from the buyers' agents. Being there also allowed her to relay valuable information about the property, the neighborhood and all the amenities that the community had to offer. She would also speak to any prospective buyers' realtors after showings, to follow-up about the unit/price, etc. We believe that all these factors made a huge difference in selling the property and finally getting a deal done. She was also knowledgeable throughout the closing process, offering valuable recommendations and advice. We can't say enough positive things about Jane and would encourage anyone seeking an honest, reliable, hard-working agent to hire Jane Thomas.

It was amazing working with Jane Thomas. She was on top of every single detail you ca imagine. When I liked a house, she arranged a viewing for that same day or next day. She called every stakeholder regarding the process of getting the property: Title Company, Broker, Inspector, etc... Her texts to remind me things were there, her emails were on point, as well.... The experience working with her to purchase my investment property was like me always present in the transaction without having to worry about the intricacies; I was so busy but she was like an Assistant keeping you in the loop in what was happening..... She was SIMPLY AMAZING! It was an AWESOME experience working with her indeed.
