Very seldom do you have the opportunity to work with someone who’s dedicated totally to their job Jane Thomas is such a person I was in California communicating with her about many details that had to be done before the condo was ready to be sold. She found all the people necessary to do the various jobs which in many cases she paid out of her own pocket. I would recommend Jane Thomas as the best realtor in Florida thank you, Jane

The sale of our Mom’s condo came with a few challenges. Jane provided excellent communication with my two sisters and I even though none of us were local. Jane proactively offered ideas and suggestions. Jane was both honest and realistic with helping us reach our goals.

From honest discussions, helpful suggestions and attention to the smallest details through assisting us with last minute closing issues that we were trying to address from hundreds of miles away, she was so helpful with it all. We first met Jane with our realtor to see this property. This property was genuinely nice and was exactly what we were looking for. We were selling our home and wanted to buy this one. The property was empty, and we asked Jane if we could have an early occupancy. She said YES, no problem. We made our offer, and it was accepted quickly. I asked again about the early occupancy she said it will not be a problem I just don’t want to overwhelm the owner right now. Two weeks before closing we brought it up again and we agreed $700.00 for the week before. The week before closing hell broke loose. She never had permission for early occupancy and the owners said NO. Then she lied and tried to blame it on the HOA which we had their permission already. Now we were left with no place to go. Then she refused us a walk through and promised to have the home cleaned which she did not. We “closed” and we were supposed to be so happy at this point… But the condo was left very dirty, and they left what they didn’t want inside for us to throw away. I would never recommend her.
