She engaged a stager at her expense who helped us stage the house properly and make it "move in ready". Jane or her associate were readily available and responded quickly to our questions. The house sold in 5 days after 13 showings at 2% above asking price. Jane was personable and did an excellent job. We couldn't have been more pleased.
