Jane came recommended by my childhood best friend and her family as we were in the the beginning stage of selling our home in GA to move to PA. We started by interviewing 3 agents - we selected Jane for her breadth of knowledge and experience coupled with her low-key, no pressure approach. We decided to buy the house first. Jane set up the alerts at the different sites - it was her alert that found us the house. It came in on a Thursday - by Sunday they had accepted our bid. We had been in our old house for 35 years. Jane was fantastic! We listed our house last February and had several showings within the first weekend and an offer on the table by Valentine's Day! We sold quickly and the process was quick and painless (as painless as it could be with Covid being new). Once we sold our house she then helped us find the perfect house in a good school district close to family. Our new house is perfect. It has every single thing we asked for and then some!
