It was so wonderful working with Jane. She is extremely knowledgeable... a true resource. She answered our questions before we thought to ask! We chatted several times on the phone before we arrived in Hot Springs Village. She really listened to us and to what we wanted. The very first house she showed us is the one we bought. A perfect match! Not only is Jane a skilled agent she is also a fabulous person. Jane is the WHOLE package! We can't rave enough about her.

Jane's knowledge of HSV and the housing market, as well as the time she spent showing us around, played a large role in our decision to buy. Laura then guided us through the contract and closing process with efficient and timely communication. We loved working with the team and highly recommend their services.

easy going and pays attention to you

easy contract preparation and follow up

Jane listed the house, showed the house more than anyone and SOLD the house! Speakers for itself.

Jane did a great job on selling my mothers house. Pricing seemed to be spot on. She was very responsive to the long distance questions ( I live out of town) I had in prepping the house and provided guidance on accepting offers.

I am 65 years old and have purchased many homes in many places. Jane has been the most professional, with the most follow through. Not only during the sale but after. I highly suggest you contact Jane if you are looking in the Village, or Hot Springs area. BEST IN HER CLASS!

Working with Mrs Jane has been awesome. Loved her to pieces. Always on top of her game and very quick at get information back to me.

We met Jane by a stroke of luck last summer. As visitors to the village, Jane was eager to share her knowledge of the area, as well as her enthusiasm for the community she serves. Jane is truly an ambassador for Hot Springs Village. She proved multiple times that her dedication to helping us find the perfect home for the best price was her number one goal. She listened and understood our priorities. We felt confident we were in good hands with Jane throughout our ten month home search. Her input regarding home value and guidance during negotiations were spot on. Jane considered our well-being first, even when it meant her fee would be reduced. Being out-of-state buyers, Jane saw to it that repairs were completed adequately and even checked on our property during heavy rainfall. We did not ask her to do this. It’s just her style and work ethic. Jane’s dedication to quality service, professionalism, knowledge and experience, kind-heartedness, and passion for her job are beyond compare. We’ve encountered many realtors through the years. Jane far exceeded our expectations. Simply put, she is in class by herself. Jane is a fabulous realtor and a truly wonderful human being. I go out of my way to recommend her to my neighbors and anyone interested in buying or selling property in HSV.

Jane really knows Hot Springs Village and she is a pleasure to work with!

This is not our first time working with Jane. Jane assisted us in purchasing our first home here in the Village. When we decided to move to Texas Jane was instrumental in our house being sold in just two days! When we decided to move back to the Village we contacted Jane because we knew she would be able to help us again. We were able to purchase our dream home and we really appreciate all of the assistance we received from Jane. I will recommend Jane to anyone interested in purchasing a home, they couldn’t be in better, more experienced hands.

Jane is amazing, she's professional, yet personal. Integrity must be her middle name! She put forth such effort to meet our needs & that's what makes her the best in the business. She was committed in assisting us & determined to find us the right property. From the beginning to the end she made our experience pleasant. Fact is, you may forget what people say, or what they do but you never forget how they make you feel. Jane made our endeavor priority!
