After several contracts that fell through and a low ball contract thrown out. We finally had a contract. Issues of encroachment ensued. If not for Laura and Jane’s continuing efforts to get this done we would still be there. We worked tirelessly with First Electric to get the encroachment issue resolved and Laura did her part with the buyers and Cooper Communities. Very professional and they always kept us informed when they knew something. We love our new home and leave the old home with sweet memories.
