Jane and Darla are the best possible ambassadors for Hot Springs Village anyone could work with in learning the Village and everything it has to offer. They know the Village from one end to the other and did a wonderful job of listening to our desires, expectations and needs in finding us the perfect home. We belive we not only got a great new home but, also, two new friends.

Darla Hollansworth made the entire home buying experience such a joy. She is very friendly, easy to work with, and her foremost priority is making sure her clients are happy. We got the house of our dreams and she held our hands the entire way. We solicited her input on what offer to make on the house and her instincts turned out to be exactly correct and we feel as though we landed a super good deal! After a long move from out of state, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Darla had taken the time to put some snacks/drinks in the fridge and even left a few games for the kiddos to play while we begin the unpacking process. In short, she went well beyond any of our expectations and I would recommend her to anybody interested in buying or selling a house. Thanks again Darla!!!

In the 5 years that I lived in HSV, Jane was involved in 3 housing buying / selling transactions. In each of those transactions, my house sold at / for what I felt it should have AND in the selling of the property, sold in a very tight window !!! The REMAX name in HSV is, by far, the most successful name in housing listings and sales. It only makes sense to align oneself with the best realtor. With years of experience and knowledge, Jane Hollansworth has the ability to find the correct home for you OR sell your home in a timely fashion. Joe / Terri Stutler

We contracted with the Jane Hollansworth Team to sell our house in Hot Springs Village since we had purchased another home in the community. Jane and Darla Hollansworth have a large data base of potential buyers and we are thrilled to report that one of their customers from North Carolina just purchased our home. The communication and honest insights provided by Jane and Darla were so very helpful in making this move. They are true professionals that know this community. In this challenging real estate market with many competing HSV listings, we are very comfortable with the results of our home sale. I just finished enjoying a cup of coffee on our new lake Balboa deck watching the geese and mallards prune their way around our cove. Certainly feels like the start of another chapter -- God willing. Thanks to the Jane Hollansworth Team!

Jane did a fantastic job selling our home in a timely fashion. She did a great job of communicating with the buyer to provide a stress free sale. In addition Jane has numerous contacts that were helpful in prepping the house. This was valuable to us since we resided out of state.

Having bought and sold homes over the years I can only say that Jane and team are absolutely outstanding in every aspect. Jane is a pro' pro. A delight to work with and dedicated to addressing every aspect, question, and at the end of day wanting only what is best for her client who ends up not having a real estate agent but a friend.

Darla and Jane Hollansworth are just wonderful! We were very hard clients, who wanted to find that "just right " home. I can't even begin to tell you how many homes they showed us. They were always very patience with us and absolutely always had a smile. Well, we found it, the perfect home. They shared our excitement and guided us though the negotiations. We not only found our perfect home but also a wonderful friendship. We strongly recommend them to anyone. Their knowledge of HSV is unbelievable. They are such a large part of this community and the love for it really shows.

My husband and I are not local to the Hot Springs Village, AR area. Prior to our visit, Jane Hollansworth was very helpful with email correspondence. When we met, we were shown the entire area. When we decided to purchase a home, Jane kept us informed during the entire process, and made numerous recommendations for financing, inspections, etc. Even after the closing, Jane continues to be an enormous help.

Darla and Jane are consummate professionals. Every aspect of our home buying experience was perfect. Not only the initial viewing, but thru all the paperwork, and moving in and fixing problems long after we moved in. They know their job, their product, and got to know us, and they make every effort to find "home". We are home. I used the VA for my financing, and they were exceptional in getting us thru that whole process. If you are thinking of coming home, Hot Springs Village is unbelievably beautiful, and Darla and Jane will guide you in. David O'Brien

Darla Hollansworth was responsible for showing us the properties that fit our personal preferences. We met her while touring a model home and are so pleased we did. She provided answers to all concerns and could not have done a better job for us. Jane Hollansworth took care of the contractual portion of the purchase and provided information related to all aspects of our home purchase. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend Darla and Jane's real estate expertise to anyone with real estate needs.

I first met Jane Hollansworth several years ago when we were looking for properties. We had been coming to Hot Springs Village since 1982, and in the 90s, started looking for a house. We worked with one realtor for several years but then she just went away. We had seen several listings by Jane and she did show us some beautiful homes. Around 2010, we met Darla Hollansworth, and she and I connected immediately. We had the same faith and values and soon we became fast friends in addition to her being our realtor. I believe it was in July, 2014 that we came back to the village and had set up 21 homes that we wanted to see. While driving around that morning before we were to meet Darla, we came across a beautiful home on Lake Balboa. This house was the last one we saw on our first day and we fell in love with it. Within the week, we made an offer to buy the house and the house was the listing of Jane Hollansworth. Both Jane and Darla helped us with our offer and it was quickly accepted. Darla and I have remained very good friends and I can highly recommend both of them as excellent realtors. They are very skilled and will help you any way they can.
