I do not feel comfortable rating Jane as she did not provide any direct services to me on this sale. One of her fellow associates, Laura Floyd, was excellent. Her service and attention to detail was everything we could have asked for. Again, this is not a negative response to Jane, simply a clearer representation of our experience with Laura Floyd and the realtor company I dealt with.
Excellent job: frequent and accurate information greatly appreciated!
JANE WAS SO GREAT TO WORK WITH. IVE KNOWN HER FOR A LONG TIME AND KNOW THAT SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE. NEVER EVEN THOUGHT OF USING ANYONE ELSE WHEN TRYING TO SELL OUR PROPERTY. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS , SHE MADE IT SO EASY FOR US.
Best of the best. As a former Real Estate Broker in Florida, I rate Jane as one of the best agents in the business. Jane handled the purchase of our home in a very professional manner. She checks all the boxes as a truly experienced and dedicated agent who we were very fortunate to have representing us in the purchase of our new home.
I live in another state and was selling a property in Jane's area. I was a little anxious because I wasn't local and wouldn't be able to keep an eye on what was happening as much as I would have wanted. Jane and her team kept in touch with me every step of the way. They made the long distance transaction as easy as possible for me. I would highly recommend Jane and her team. Thank you!
Jane has a depth of market knowledge and experience that undoubtedly contributed to a smooth process for us...from listing our home to recommendations on movers. Jane is very responsive to her clients and makes the process a team effort. Highly recommend.
I just wanted to say how blessed my wife and I feel for being referred to Jane Hollansworth at Remax realty. Jane worked very hard on our request for a beautiful home in the Village. Before we knew it Jane had found us the home of our dreams! It was such a pleasure to work with Jane, as she was every bit as excited as we were to make our dream a reality. Jane made the buying process very easy and enjoyable. We can't thank Jane and her team enough, and have highly recommended her to others we know. Now I know why Jane Hollansworth has been voted best realtor year after year!!
Jane is Always on top of things, keeps you in the loop. She is willing to take time to answer any and all your concerns or questions. Knowledgeable person.
Jane’s experience and knowledge with properties in HSV contributed greatly to an easy decision to buy, and a seamless closing experience. As an out of state buyer, her experience proved to be priceless. She is patient, kind, and very helpful.
This is no realtor more professional than Jane Hollansworth. I have worked with her several years and she leaves no bases uncovered. No one could be more knowledgeable about Hot Springs Village than Jane. She is #1 in my opinion!!
Jane helped my Mom and Dad buy the lot and build thier house about 25 years ago. When it was time to sell the house, naturally, Jane is who Mom wanted to turn to. It was sold before we even put a sign in the yard!! Jane and all her helpers were fantastic! Thank you for a great experience!!
This is are 2nd time working with Jane and Darla Hollansworth! When we decided to sell our home they were the first and only ones we contacted. They both are very knowledgeable about buying and selling realastate and were a tremendous help to my husband and I. We were especially pleased with the patience and understanding we were shown. We had to keep changing our sell date due to my husband’s illness, and we were reassured every time we called to change the date. Also, we had quite a few phone calls and text with Jane”s assistant Laura. We found Laura to be very helpful and easy to correspond with. I was able to contact her whenever I needed to day or night! My husband and I highly recommend the Hollansworth team to help you buy or sell your home.
