My experience of having Jana and Richard as my realtors was a couple that represented a caring community. Their interest in helping me sell and find a home went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in all my years of buying and selling homes. They were warm, caring, friendly, and went out of their way to help me understand the ins and outs and also protect my family. If someone crossed the line, they were there to have my back and to sort out the problem quickly and properly. If I'd have remained in California, we would have continued to be friends. They have wonderful gardening tips as well. :) Care and consideration was given through every phase of looking for a home and selling ours in respect to my handicapped son. I would have enjoyed the experience of a wonderful home shopping trip had we purchased in-state. Jana and Richard are a wonderful Christian couple who truly honor the Lord with the way they live their life and conduct their business. They both went above and beyond to explain things when I had questions. I'll never forget the hour Richard spent on my front porch sitting on the concrete to go over papers with me in the 45 minutes between jobs while my son slept so I could be near him. They worked around my crazy work schedule and minimized the interruptions when I was unavailable. They demonstrated great respect for my family even when it meant working around a special needs child as we tried to see houses. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them for anyone considering using them. Maybe one day they'll move out my way and we can be neighbors or they can sell me my next home here.
