My experience of having Jana and Richard as my realtors was a couple that represented a caring community. Their interest in helping me sell and find a home went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in all my years of buying and selling homes. They were warm, caring, friendly, and went out of their way to help me understand the ins and outs and also protect my family. If someone crossed the line, they were there to have my back and to sort out the problem quickly and properly. If I'd have remained in California, we would have continued to be friends. They have wonderful gardening tips as well. :) Care and consideration was given through every phase of looking for a home and selling ours in respect to my handicapped son. I would have enjoyed the experience of a wonderful home shopping trip had we purchased in-state. They demonstrated great respect for my family even when it meant working around a special needs child as we tried to see houses.
