Jana Marie Is a gift. She is knowledgeable and pleasant and kind. Having to sell a house in a different state from the one that you live in can be very stressful. Especially since at the same time we were moving my mom to an assisted living facility. Not a fun time I can assure you! Jana took all the stress away. She went above and beyond what I think any real estate agent would ever do frankly because she is such a wonderful person. She guided us, shared her advice and experience without any pressure. She literally took money out of her own pocket to help stage, clean and present our house in the very best light. And by that I mean the house was lived in by my elderly mother who was unable to care for it as it should’ve been and it needed some help to make it shine, because quite frankly the house is amazing. She did just that. She listened to our concerns, fears and stresses like an old friend would. She gave us understanding, patiently answering our questions (more than once) and never failed us on any level. We were very happy and pleased with the sale price of the house, and we’re happy to hear from Jana that the family moving in not only love mom‘s house but will be a great addition to what is a very family and pet oriented neighborhood.
