Jana handled both the sale of our Murrieta home as well as our new home purchase in Orange County. We selected her because she was a family friend and we knew that she would be someone we could count on. In order to purchase our new home we had to make an offer that was contingent on the sale of our current home. Jana did a wonderful job of handling all of the showings and open houses and our home sold in about 30 days. Our escrow started off smoothly but when the buyer of our Murrieta home had to switch lenders, things went from worse to horrible. Appraisals were not scheduled on time and although the new lender kept assuring us we would close within a matter of a few days, all kinds of financial issues came up that prevented us from closing on time. It eventually also made us extremely vulnerable to losing our new OC home which had back up offers on it. In order to get more time to close on our Murrieta home we had a to pay a per diem fee and risk losing our deposit. Normally we would never have allowed ourselves to be in that kind of position but our kids had already started school and we didn't want any other house. That two weeks was the most stressful period of my life. T hought the entire process Jana did an amazing job of negotiating with the our buyer's lender and the seller's agent of our new home and somehow she kept everything from falling apart at the seams. In fact, she had to make a personal visit to speak with our buyer's bank in person. I have no doubt that had she not done this, we would not be in our new home today. Thank you Jana for your professionalism, integrity, and patience in seeing us through the most stressful escrow ever. We appreciate the effort, support, and friendship you showed us throughout the entire selling and buying process.
