After meeting Saeed, I realized that I wasted my time and effort with the previous agent (another brokerage). Saeed immediately pointed out the misses and suggested a few repairs ( painless free hence Saeed took care of everything during my absence from suggestions to excursions) and priced the house correctly. The house was only in the market for a few days until I received multiple offers. Again, Saeed negotiated it to the best price that met my interest. Overall, I can’t say enough words to describe how reliable and honest Saeed is… Thank you for everything!!
