Jan was a terrific real estate agent relative to the recent sale of our home in Pasadena. she provided valuable guidance relative to the best time for us to list our property and the most appropriate price at which to list our property to generate the most interest. Among a host of services that she provided was a thorough review of more than 30 offers from which we selected the best and final. Her guidance was always professional and never assertive - her aim appeared to focus on providing us with the information that we would need to make sound and informed decisions. The decisions were ours based, more often than not, on her input and counsel. She was also helpful relative to our need to do some minimal staging and the disposal of personal property that we chose not to take with us. In the end, the sale of our home was timely, seamless, and literally stress-free, such that we were able to accept an offer within days of listing our property.
