We were glad we had Jan as our realtor. Her extensive experience and network allowed us to get through two difficult unexpected problems. The municipailty raised a hidden zoning issue and the initial buyer backed out of a purchace & sale a week prior to the scheduled closing. After the buyer backed out, Jan was able to pull together three acceptable new offers within five days, and we closed quickly. We got a good price for our house and property in the end.
