You couldn’t pay me to use anyone but Jan! She is above all ethical, honest and responsive. I have referred her to many and I’d not consider anyone else to have her standards! For her it’s about what’s right for you, not about $$ for her; and that’s hard to find in a stellar realtor!
When I sold my house, Jan went WAY above and beyond. It's been seven years and she still keeps in touch. When I am ready to buy again, I will definitely call Jan!
Jan is awesome!! She helped me find both my first house and my forever home <3 she's efficient, timely, knows the business, and gives great advice. I can't recommend her enough!
Jan has handled 3 purchases and 2 home sales for us and she is very thorough and professional. All 5 transactions were highly successful and easy. I couldn't recommend her more for a great real estate agent and resource. In fact we have referred her to friends and associates, all with great results too.
In 2016 we relocated from NY to CA and needed a real estate agent to help us navigate finding a home for our family in a new state. Jan was recommended to us by a family friend who used to live in the Tracy area. We had reached out to a few other agents closer to where we were looking before getting Jan's information and were feeling let down since we were not getting timely responses. Jan was always quick to get back to us and spent time getting to know what we needed. We only had a short weekend to find something and Jan was very helpful in bringing us to many different places. Once we made an offer, Jan handled everything for us since we were back in NY and did not arrive in CA until after closing. She was at the property for the inspection, walk through, and even got our locks changed for us so everything was ready when we arrived. We have been out here for almost 4 years now and Jan still checks in on us to see how we like CA (we love it!) and how we are all doing. Moving across the country with two small children can be a very daunting experience and Jan's calm, yet take-charge demeanor made everything easier. The seller's real estate agent and the title company both commented about how lucky we were to have her in our corner. We whole heartedly agree.
Jan seamlessly navigated our home purchase and sale during a very unnerving time (the covid19 pandemic). She kept in close communication and always answered all questions we had quickly and completely. We felt so at ease in Jan’s capable hands. If you want a realtor who listens carefully and acts swiftly, Jan is the one for you. We are very grateful for her expertise, diligence, and obvious care for our wellbeing. Thank you Jan!
I have worked with Jan on several real estate transactions, both as a listing agent and as a buying agent. I found Jan to be very knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and diligent. When pricing my home, she did her research and priced it accordingly. This made selling my house less stressful as I knew I would get top dollar for it. Jan saw me through every step of each transaction with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Jan for all your real estate needs.
Jan helped us sell our family home of 20 years after we had moved to another state. She took care of every detail including working with painters, getting us several bids for carpeting, arranging for staging and ensuring our house was picture perfect. She went above and beyond the call of duty. On top of her professionalism and in depth experience in the real estate market , Jan showed incredible compassion towards us as we moved from our family home. If you are looking for an experienced and compassionate agent who will always look out for your best interest and get you the very best price for your home, Jan is the agent you should work with.
Jan is the definition of "supreme." We met her when we were initally looking to purchase our first home. She is the warmest, kindest, and best person to have on your side. We immediately signed with her after tepid experiences with about 10 other realtors we met through open houses. She is extremely knowledgeable on absolutely everything. Her experience shines and she is always graceful with her responses. We could not have done this without her; and despite the sale being done, she has stayed resilient and helpful through and through. We loved every minute with her. She made it easy and comforted and assured us every step of the way through her honesty and experience. We are so lucky to have met her and can't imagine having a more pleasant, knowledgable, reliable, and trustworthy realtor.
Jan Ramsey is a great person to work with and I would highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. She was very responsive and always on top of everything.
Jan has helped us with three home transactions in the past 6-7 years, two purchases and one sale. She works harder and smarter than any agent I know, and is especially knowlegeable about the treacheries of the Northern California housing market. Jan will be constructive with suggestions to make a deal happen, but honest if she senses the deal is no longer in your best interest. I highly recommend Jan.
Jan was very professional! We were first time home buyers and she help us navigate through the home buying process. Not only is she a great realtor but she has become a great friend. Thank you Jan!
