Jan is excellent. I literal woke up one morning, decided it was time to move and contacted Jan. She was sold my home and was my agent for my condo. Her expertise was apparent as we toured several properties. For instance, one location presented a condo as two bedrooms and Jan immediately stepped in and said without no. There are nuances in real estate, additional bedrooms can command a higher price, but the property did not have two means of egress. I was in the buyer daze and knew nothing.
