Jan Piper

I first met Jan almost one year ago. My mother a retired Real Estate Broker was getting up in age and recently a widow. My partner, mom and I came to Lakeland to find a retirement village for mom and a place I could call home nearby. Traffic in our city had become a daily nightmare. As a devoted Methodist when I learned that is was not only a Methodist but a pastor herself the connect was like family. as it reminding us of old Miami. When you saw more green leafs and trees than concrete. Jan found us the perfect home and I found my sister. We both give Grace to John Wesley, theologian of the Methodist faith which gave women the right to preach and gave birth to Equality for Women's Rights.

We are moving from the Boston area to Plant City Florida. She set our mind at ease with open communication with emails and comps. Jan did her hard work in finding us land to build. When we arrived to preview her presentation, we viewed 10 + lots. She is very experienced in the real estate field. Even protected us legally when we were all set to put in an offer, we gave her a punch list with our concerns and she relayed them to the listing broker who was very incompetent and gave us non documented answers to our questions. There were liens and HOA fees and wet lands and if it wasn’t for Jan we would have purchased a piece of property not buildable or would have cost a fortune to fix. We then looked at a new home with some concerns, she found out it was built in wet lands. She is friendly, education, been in real estate to achieve the knowledge she has.
