Jan Pellegrini

We can't say enough about Jan and her team. In just a few months, we bought a new home and sold our first one, and it's still sinking in. We truly couldn't have done it without them. We thought buying a home was nerve-racking, but selling one brings a whole different set of emotions. Jan helped us find a home we loved, so when it was time to sell, there was no question we'd call her again. It was a lot of work, but Jan and her team made every step as easy as it could possibly be, even with our busy schedules. Her experience and personal care made the whole thing feel manageable. She gave us thoughtful tips to position our home for the best possible outcome, and when we weren't sure what to list it for, she guided us to a strategic price. We're so glad we trusted her, because we ended up with 8 offers! Just as valuable was her reassurance when we needed it most, and her grace and honesty throughout. We knew Jan before, but after this experience we can proudly call her a lifelong friend. We can't recommend her enough!

We chose Jan through a family referral, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. What stood out most was how knowledgeable she is about the home-buying process and her genuine dedication to her clients — you can tell she truly cares about getting it right for you, not just closing a deal. Buying a home comes with its share of anxious moments, and Jan was always there to calm us down and keep us grounded whenever those worries crept in. She made the entire process easy, and her expertise showed at every step. We would absolutely recommend Jan to anyone looking for a realtor. She is an exceptional professional whose dedication to her clients comes second to none. We can’t wait to work with her on the sale of our home!

Jan is the most outstanding real estate professional we have ever worked with. We have bought or sold with Jan four times and she clearly works the hardest for every client and manages every single detail. There is no one better than Jan Pellegrini.

Jan was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchasing process. She has great listening skills and patiently explains pros and cons of various strategies. Her counsel proved to be beneficial not only for our purchase strategies but as a supplemental guide to our selling broker as well when we asked for her advice and expertise as a second opinion.

We could not have asked for a better person to guide my grandmother throughout her condo-buying journey. Her knowledge, skills, and professionalism are unmatched. She negotiated the best price, she was informative, and she represented my grandma’s best interest—always. When buying something as large and expensive as real estate, you want the best people on your team. Jan is first person you want to call on for that. Any time my grandma, or anyone else in my family needs a real estate agent, I know Jan is in our corner.

We owe so much to Jan. We had moved overseas and Jan managed our sale in our absence. She was just so on top of everything-incredible service. Jan made what was a logistical nightmare from our perspective completely manageable and what’s more it sold so quickly based on Jan’s advice. The questions we had Jan not just responded quickly but always gave us options and her honest advice. The best realtor we have ever dealt with (in both countries that we have lived). Would highly recommend to our best friends and loved ones
