When we enlisted Jan as our Realtor we expected her help in finding the right home. She excelled at this. She spent time learning our likes and dislikes and then zeroed in on homes to show us that reflected our interests. However, her support didn't end there. During house viewings, she pointed out good and bad things about a home. Her background in the construction business was a huge benefit. She helped steer us away from homes that needed lots of repairs that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. Her support still didn't end there. After we finalized and closed on a house she took on the role of Project Manager to make sure the items that were identified in the final walkthrough were completed and done properly.
