I contacted Jan Hays as she had sold almost ever house in my neighborhood that is lake front and then some. She put my home up for over $100,000 more than the relator I spoke with last year. It was sold before she put it on the market and all cash. Wow! She and her associate answered all questions, returned all phone calls and explained all details. The house closed May 31 while my movers weren't coming until June 23, but amazing as some how she arranged for me to stay here those 3 weeks or so rent free!
