Jan and Sarah sold two homes for us, one in July and the other in August. Each sold for what we wanted within 4 days of listing. While the market for selling is hot, both homes were in a price range higher than the sweet spot for the highest demand. Jan and her team worked with us for several months while we prepared each home for sale. Jan's advice as to what needed to be done to sell our homes at our desired prices was spot on! At first we did not want to make some of the changes she recommended. However, once we did, we wished we had made them years earlier. The changes made all the difference between getting good prices for the homes and great ones. Additionally, Jan's team's staging of our homes turned them into showcases that popped in the pictures and showings. Lastly, Jan and her team spent days obtaining comps prior to pricing the homes which were then used by the appraisers to ensure the homes appraised for the selling prices. Without their advanced work on the comps we don't believe the appraisers would have had the necessary information to price the homes correctly. If you are going to sell your home, use Jan's team. If you use Jan and her team, listen to what they tell you to do if you want to get the best price for your home - even if what they say is not easy to hear!

Boy oh boy I was expecting the process to be extremely complex and painful but Jan, Sarah and Melissa made this whole process so simple and easy that I am still not sure the house has actually sold! The only thing that bothered me, in a good way, was all the people showing up to see the house, less than an hour after it was listed! Jeez, slow it down a little! I spoke to a few other realtors before choosing this team and I am glad I went with Jan and her team. The fact that the house had 11 showings in less than 2 days and multiple offers, 9 or 10 of them if I recall, just shows how good Jan and her team are at evaluating the current market, understanding what the listing price should be and then finally advertising it in a manner that it caught everyone's eye.
