I had a difficult situation arise due to an unknown factor when I listed my home. I don't know what I would have done with Jan's knowledge, levelheadedness, patience, and perseverance. She repeatedly amazed me. I am SO very thankful for her ways of looking at the situation from all angles, and coming up with ways to get my sale moving forward, and to conclusion!!
