My wife and I have been looking for a ranch style home for the past 8 years. We finally found, THE ONE. Beautiful brick ranch, in our zip code with a mountain view we only dreamed of. We called Jan on a Wednesday and we had our bid submitted on Thursday and our offer was accepted Saturday.
