SOLD Our Town home & Purchased a New Home with Baer Realty!

Words cannot do justice on how pleased we are with the level of care and attention to detail Jan and Dave put into their service but we will give this review a try. This is our second time working with these two and if we ever have to do this process again, we will be calling them. Why do we hire Jan and Dave? We feel like number one when working with these two, as they prove that as they looked into what we needed and desired in a home, laid out the steps for us as we sold our current home, and have incredible negotiations skills when we made a big decision to buy in a very short period of time in this booming market. They break down complex contracts and explain them to you as if you were reading a 5th grade paper. We understood exactly what was presented and they would catch items in the contracts that didn't belong or were not in our best interest. They were always present via phone or email, constantly keeping us reminded of all deadlines and when signatures were needed, relieving all worry of having to keep track of all the expectations. And if you need any work done, they have endless resources of great, reliable folks to help. We are incredibly thankful to have partnered with Jan and Dave and we recommend you do the same.
