I was looking for a home on 1-5 acres anywhere in the lower half of Ohio. I was introduced to Jamie when I located a home near her location. She arranged a showing but the house sold. Since what I wanted was specific I mentioned I'm looking at a large area and she was open to that. She set up showings for me miles from her home base and made arrangements with other associates when she could not make it. I purchased a house 2-1/2hours from her home and she drove back and forth for me, researched and answered all my questions. I feel she really went the "extra distance" for me. She is knowledgeable not only on the home purchase but also land and all the issues associated with that including property lines, septic, etc.
