I am a first time home buyer, and I honestly never thought I would ever be in the position to buy. When I started looking I had so many doubts on ever getting approved. Me and my fiancé decided well let’s try. We seen a house that we liked, and we contacted Jamie. We met up the very next day to go look at the house. As we was walking through we was thinking this will never happen. Jamie asked us if we wanted to see about getting pre approval, so we decided to, and she worked fast. ( when I say that, I mean really fast). Within minutes she had her lender contact us and within hours, we was pre approved. Now the house we looked at was a lot, out of our budget. So Jamie started working. She was looking at houses, at the same time we was. She sent us multiple houses at our price range. We looked at so many, honestly never thought we would find something.
