Jamie Nicholas

Jamie first started helping myself and my partner when I first moved into the area in 2024. When we were approved for less than expected, Jamie was supportive and extremely helpful, switching gears to rentals at our request. She performed showings via FaceTime while my work schedule left me a 10 hour drive away from my new town. She gave valuable input during tours about the area, but also about small details I would not have otherwise noticed. We tried again a few months later to purchase when the market was hot, and she was extremely flexible with my schedule, squeezing in showings I requested during lunch breaks. She pulled together offers on weekends and after hours to try and make our dream of home ownership a reality. Once we got an offer accepted in a perfect place for us, she answered questions, offered guidance and connections with contractors and other important points of contact. We’re hoping to be in our home for the foreseeable future, but if we go back through this process again soon, we will absolutely be calling Jamie first.

Jamie helped us to find and buy our new home. She was relentless in her understanding of what we were looking to find and about searching to find us our dream home. She made herself available to take us through numerous homes and was a master negotiator to get us the best deal. (She actually helped us get a below market price which is rare for these times). She is strong in her ability to connect and build relationships with those she is helping. Buying/Selling a home can be stressful and Jamie is a calm and trusting partner who will help to manage through the process. She made it so easy for us. She had the perfect balance of proactive and responsive energy. We really enjoyed partnering with Jamie and would certainly use her services again.

Jamie helped us buy a house in an area with significant housing shortage and high interest rates. Her strongest skills are in tenacity, persistence, and doing whatever it takes. Next greatest strength is her sense of humor - which you need in a tough market. No day with Jamie was a tough day. She will show up for and stand up for her clients. She is extremely well connected in the area which worked to our advantage. I joked that she’s the mayor because she knows everyone.
