I saw a new listing in the morning and put an offer in by the late afternoon. There were 4 offers by the end of the day and Jaimie helped me successfully counter offer and now I am sitting in my new home watching the sunrise and having coffee. There were many questions and logistics to work through, being out of state, and Jamie not only responded quickly but helped work through the process quickly and smoothly, he was always patient, kind, knowledgeable and calm.
