There was an open house and many showings. The house was included in the local real estate magazine. Jamie's advice was helpful and the negotiation went very well. Although we did not update the walls and floors, we received 3 offers and ultimately sold the house for only $1,999 less than it was listed for which I thought was great!! Jamie's team was excellent, also. Last minute issues with deed were handled with efficiency and without effort on my part for which I was very grateful.
