Jamie and everyone on her team especially her daughter Katelynn were so incredible to me as an out of town buyer. They understood immediately that my needs for finding a home were different from the usual relocating buyer. They cared about what I wanted and why, which was crucial for my circumstance. They were responsive always within an hour if not two, they managed all the inspections and coordination of appointments and attended them for me as I am busy due to my line of work and location out of state. I definitely think their strength was organization and connections. I met them as the sellers agent and I didnt have an agent, initially this isnt an arrangement I welcome due to a number of reasons but being an advocate for my requests they tolerated and they maintained a fair line on a property that had multiple offers on. They handled the dual role of representing myself and seller well. They use social media which actually is how I came across their listing so if you are a seller, I highly recommend this team, they work efficiently using modern advertising methods that work much more effectively vs. Traditional methods. Everything was handled electronically and i appreciate their modernized system of managing everything. I needed that as a buyer at this time. I was able to trust them fully that everything was covered and would be. They have been lovely to me. Definitely recommend. (I can't speak to how they are with helping to find a home as a buyer because I did just meet them at the property I knew I wanted to buy...so I can't speak to how that side of representation and assistance goes as I got to skip that stage of the purchasing process.)

I started working with Jamie about 10 years a go she helped me with my first home purchase in the high point area. Since then she helped me with several home purchases as well as selling the last one was in February this year, which without her knowledge, experience and guidance I think we could have lost our opportunity to purchase the house that fit our needs the best in this crazy market. We were impressed when Jamie and her daughter showed up at the house and they were ready from the start to take pictures and submit the listing. Jamie was effective in the sale of our house. Once it sold we had a bit of difficulty finding out what was going on and negotiating with the buyer. We don't know why, but all in all we are satisfied with the sale.
