There are too many things I like about how Jamie helped me throughout the process. 1. Extremely nice and personable. She is not rushing me to settle in with a property. She is trying to find the right property for me. I wasn't sure what type of house I would like, so Jamie went around with me and checked out different type of houses at different area so I was able to make better decision. 2. She's very fast at responding. When I asked her a question, she would message or call me back as soon as she could. 3. She really focused on HELPING me and gathered information from different sources about the property so I can make better decision. 4. Process expertise: Throughout the process, she would know exactly what to do and what to expect so put me in the best position on finding the right property at the right price. She explained everything to me in detail and nothing unexpected popped up. 5. Negotiation skills: The seller was very stubborn on giving some seller credit on some repair in the house. Jamie was able to help me negotiate with the seller and their agent in my best interest. I wouldn't have been able to get anything without her. 6: Extra: I was out of state for a week and she was still helping me researching and trying her best to help me. Everything I needed to do she always told me "Let me help you with that". I can't thank her more. TLDR: Jamie has way exceeded my expectation what an agent can help me do.
