Before meeting Jamie my experience with realtors has been poor. It always felt like I did all the work finding the property and then the realtor just pushed to make an offer so they could hurry up and get their commission. Jamie isn’t like that. She will tell you reasons to not buy a property. She will help you make an offer that is just barely enough to win the contract. She is a tough as nails negotiator. She will go the extra mile to help you sell an overpriced property for maximum dollar in a buyers market. She hustles!
Jamie is the best! She did an amazing job. Our dream house had multiple offers within a couple days of going live and we were still able to get it under the listing price. Jamie suggested increasing the earnest money and helped us close really fast (12 days) which made our offer much more attractive without having to go over asking. She negotiated really well after the inspection and brought the price down another $7,000.
