In April 2022, we started looking to buy our first home in the midst of a busy market and rising interest rates. In retrospect, not exactly the best time to look for a house. On the highest recommendations from a friend, we were introduced to Jamie, and we were incredibly lucky to have her as our agent. As first-time home buyers, we really didn't know what to expect through a lot of the process. Jamie did a wonderful job answering our questions, giving us guidance, and making us feel comfortable with all of the decisions we made when placing offers. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, and she went above and beyond over and over again to help us. When a home came onto the market that we were excited about, Jamie brought it to our attention right away and got us in for a showing ASAP. On the home we finally purchased, her enthusiasm and speedy responses allowed us to see the home on the first day it was listed and put in an offer right away; this made the difference, and our offer was accepted. We were thrilled, and Jamie was responsible for getting us into the nicest home we came across on the market. We could not recommend her more highly, and we will be recommending her to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell a home.
Jamie was the best person to help us find our first home! We worked with Jamie for about a year and a half in such a crazy market, and she wouldn't stop until she found us the one. Every house we didn't get, she was just as upset as us, but positive that it was because something better was out there that was meant for us. She encouraged us to not be discouraged. Jamie kept us informed daily on new properties as they came on the market. If we had a question she would respond emmediatly and if we saw a property Jamie would answer all our questions and have an appointment set up for a walk through usually the next day.
