Jamie worked with me through an estate sale that had many roadblocks. It took almost a year to work past all of these and Jamie never seemed frustrated or fed up. Jamie is the consummate professional. She knows her markets and predicts with high accuracy the outcomes of buying and selling! Also, she knows the lenders with grant money or special programs along with a moving company for the first time that did not take advantage or ruin my items! I have owned 7 homes with Jamie helping with 2 sales and 1 purchase. Additionally, she helped my daughter buy 2 homes. Again, predicting with accuracy what she thought she can do. I believe most Realtors are nice people and want to do a good job. However, as the Pareto rule, 80/20 states, 80% are nice and want to do a good job and 20% are actually really good at what they do, too! So glad I found her!
