We have been working with Jamie for several years to find our first home. We were very picky at first, and she never became frustrated with us, but she gently guided us to figure out exactly what we wanted and what were were willing to compromise on to get a wonderful property in our price range. Even when we had to put our search on hold multiple times (pandemic, having a baby, etc.), she stuck with us, didn't pressure us, and kept in touch with us all the time! We definitely consider her a close friend now after having so much fun together!! Jamie was always realistic and gave us her honest opinion on the condos and houses we were looking at. She was respectful of both our budget and our time, and she made the most of the hours we had to look at properties. For the condo we bought, we saw it pop up on a Saturday night, and she got us in the next afternoon to see it, even after she's spent that Saturday looking at other places with us! We have so many wonderful things to say about Jamie, but we're limited on space for this review! She made the whole process feel easy, and she approached every obstacle, no matter how simple or difficult, with poise and confidence. We trust her opinion and skills completely after watching her work her magic! As I'm sure many first time buyers know, the whole process can be scary, overwhelming, and frustrating. But any time we felt those things, Jamie was available and happy to guide us through our worries and to make the process incredibly fun. Seriously - she's the perfect realtor! And on top of her professionalism and knowledge, she's just great to be around. We're so thankful every day that we got to work with her. Jamie did a great job for me. I never thought I would find a home I love as much as this one. I feel blessed every minute of every day for being able to live here. She will save you more money than you will pay in commission. She sold my home for more than I ever thought I would get, so I could buy a nicer home. She also negotiated the price down on my new home. She worked with the difficult HOA on the new home to ensure it would close on time. If we ran into any problems, she would know how to solve it. I missed having her there to solve my problems after it was all over. I could not be happier.
