We have been working with Jamie for several years to find our first home. Jamie did a great job for me. I never thought I would find a home I love as much as this one. I feel blessed every minute of every day for being able to live here. She will save you more money than you will pay in commission. She sold my home for more than I ever thought I would get, so I could buy a nicer home. She also negotiated the price down on my new home. She worked with the difficult HOA on the new home to ensure it would close on time. If we ran into any problems, she would know how to solve it. I missed having her there to solve my problems after it was all over. I could not be happier.
I expected the selling of my home and buying a new home to be a bad, nerve-wracking experience. Jamie did the best job for me. She took care of all the details. I always felt I was in good hands. She sold my townhouse in a week. We had nine offers to pick from. It sold for $46,000 over asking. The sale went through without a hitch. It closed on time. She then found me my dream home in a retirement community. I have seen units with the same floor plan on the market for $80,000 more than I paid for my unit. She then dealt with the HOA to get the property to close. The association was not easy to deal with. We did close on time. She wrote the contracts up so I had two weeks to remodel the new home after my old home closed. She then helped me get a contractor to complete the work in record time. All of my fears did not happen. I wanted to sell my old home through the "Ugly House" people because it is old and I knew there might be problems. I am so glad I hired Jamie instead. Jamie is worth her weight in gold. She saved me more much more money than the commission I paid. It was well worth it. The bad part is I miss seeing her. All the people we worked with would tell me how much they liked her.
