There is nothing I can say about Jamie that has not already been said, so I will join the chorus of those that state that Jamie is their hero. From start to finish, every step of the way, Jamie finessed the sale of our house in a way that left no stone unturned. That being said, what this required of me was a suspension of my own beliefs and trusting in Jamie’s expertise and judgement. I am so glad that I was willing to have blind faith in Jamie. Her patience and expertise were present in every stage of the process, from initial pricing, to staging, all the way thru to discussing multiple bids and then closing options and considerations. The house was under contract in under a week, and at above listing price. What a great outcome!!!! Jamie tended to every detail as if it was the most crucial piece of the puzzle, all while being patient, concerned about our safety and welfare and, as a bonus, she was fun to be around. I’ve dealt with many real estate agents over the years through several transactions and and I have to say my experience with Jamie was far and away the best ever. Firstly, her knowledge of the market (where to price a property, how to stage so it shows well, etc), was exceptional. Second, she is a great communicator.
