I’ve dealt with many real estate agents over the years through several transactions and and I have to say my experience with Jamie was far and away the best ever. Firstly, her knowledge of the market (where to price a property, how to stage so it shows well, etc), was exceptional. Second, she is a great communicator. Speedy/articulate responses alleviating a lot of potential stress on my end. I always knew where we were in the process and what was next to come. Lastly, Jamie goes above and beyond what is expected. We were selling a home with my mother who has some memory issues. This certainly creates additional challenges. Jamie was not only familiar with handling such situations, but she did so with the utmost patience and professionalism.
