She excelled with her enthusiasm, work ethic, willingness to do the extra work, and straight foward honest approach. In addition, her network of service providers, such as General Repairs, Electrical, Plumbing, Gardening, AirCon, Painter, Charity Organizations, etc. were excellent. Without all of her efforts we would not have sold our house so quickly, and at a very fair price, in a very crowded market. If I were to start a real estate business, I would build the business around Jamie. She is that good. She is a superstar. Thank you, Jamie!

We knew that Jamie was an expert on the Valencia Communities, but were pleasantly surprised at how quickly she got our house ready to sell and on the market. She was highly organized and worked with her vendors to give our house a total facelift in three weeks. The house showed amazingly well and we accepted an offer within a week, and closed within a month.

Her recommendations to upgrade certain things like new light fixtures which she picked out and had installed brought my 22 year old house up to todays decor. and I believe led to selling at a good price she also staged with some of her own decor which she installs.... she has a great eye for interior design to help you present your home in its best light.and she is most knowledgeable as far as each step of the way including the legal paperwork .. I can't recommend her enough .. altho sad to be leaving VI I will be playing golf with my son and moving into my new home in texas

I have tried so many times to write this review but I still haven’t found the right words to describe how thankful we are to Jamie and her exceptional expertise. Not only is she a true professional but she’s also very patient , I was a first time home buyer and I kept changing my mind of the type of home, size ,area etc and Jamie was able to guide us into the perfect home. She is also a phenomenal negotiator and did a better job inspecting the home then the inspector we hired. We were able to get way more money back at closing than I expected . Saying she went above and beyond is an understanding and thanks to her all 3 of my kids have a home to call their own.
