Jamie Broder of Broder Realty goes above and beyond from start to closing. She staged my house to new heights. Her recommendations to upgrade certain things like new light fixtures which she picked out and had installed brought my 22 year old house up to todays decor. and I believe led to selling at a good price she also staged with some of her own decor which she installs.... she has a great eye for interior design to help you present your home in its best light.and she is most knowledgeable as far as each step of the way including the legal paperwork .. I can't recommend her enough .. altho sad to be leaving VI I will be playing golf with my son and moving into my new home in texas
Jamie was there for us from the beginig, even before the listing to the final closing. She handled all the major stuff to the most minor detail. A lovely and outgoing person who will make you feel that you are in the best hands. You can't go wrong in working with her.

I have tried so many times to write this review but I still haven’t found the right words to describe how thankful we are to Jamie and her exceptional expertise. Not only is she a true professional but she’s also very patient , I was a first time home buyer and I kept changing my mind of the type of home, size ,area etc and Jamie was able to guide us into the perfect home. She is also a phenomenal negotiator and did a better job inspecting the home then the inspector we hired. We were able to get way more money back at closing than I expected . Saying she went above and beyond is an understanding and thanks to her all 3 of my kids have a home to call their own.

I have moved 17 times and had many good agents. Jamie was beyond exception. She made the sale of my elderly parents home seamless especially since I live out of state. There were many issues to be dealt with. Her guidance on what needed to be done and calm demeanor helped me focus on my parents declining health needs. Additional work and repairs were done, the house was beautiful and sold in a very timely manner despite having many homes on the market. Jamie Broder delivered above and beyond any realtor we have ever encountered. The house sat vacant for 6 months due to family emergency. She oversaw necessary repairs to prepare the house for sale and watched the house meticulously to prevent any problems developing. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. Her repair people are excellent and economical. She was very persistent in dealing with issues that were resolved with great effort on her part. She gets a lot done with limited resources and the house looked its best when it went on the market. She gave excellent advice and was a savvy negotiator during the sales process. Finally, the closing was very smooth due to her choice of title company. Jamie Broder is a class act and consummate professional from start to finish.
