I had wanted to sell my house by Owner and received many calls from Realtors hoping to change my mind. Jamie asked for a few minutes of my time. Being young ,I figured that she was relatively new to the business , so I agreed to let her talk to me but didn’t think she would change my mind. Well, Jamie had done her homework so well that she did convinced me that I would be better off if she was my realtor than on my own. She was able to sell my home for much almost 10% more than I had been asking ! Jamie worked very hard for my best interest and she is a kind and patient business woman- and I wasn’t the easiest client .
