Jami is what one would call a super woman when it comes to her performance on selling your home.. I can only speak on the way she came in and told me how we were going to sell my house and when she speaks, listen - because she knows exactly what to do to get your house sold and get you on your way to your next destination. We came to an agreement about the price and then i signed and then she went into action and I'm talking quick.... She went through the house and told me what to do as far as staging the house to sell. Most important is when you decide you want to sell your home, don't take it to serious but you want to listen to her when she says this needs to be packed up, move this into storage, take the frills and put it away, its called listening to her and just following directions, because your house is no longer your house its gonna be someone else's real soon... that is what I did is whatever she told me to pack and get rid of not trash of course but just getting it out of the house so it doesn't look so full and cramped but it also makes the house look tidy and easy breezy minimalistic so that when someone comes in to view their next home you will love it that she knows how to sell. I kept it immaculate and it was so easy because most of the house was packed up and that's what you got to do anyway once she sells it so just sign her contract and know that you want to sell and she will sell it. We had one open house and she made everything homemade, and it was killer food, we had all kinds of other Realtors show up, she had Mortgage Reps there if they needed financing, she also had a closing attorney Representative there, and I myself met some very awesome people plus possible buyers that stopped in as well. So, in 6 weeks, after she listed it and put it on the market she also herself sold it , some Realtors want the listing but don't care if they sell it, but my Realtor, Jami Robinson Listed and sold my house. Working with Jami was excellent. My loan had a lot of issues due to a bad lender. Jami kept everything on track and helped me along the way until all the issues were resolved. She kept the deal afloat and everyones nerves at bay. Throughout all the stress she still made things fun and exciting and didn't let me lose the joy of purchasing my first home. She is awesome!
