Jami goes above and beyond in every step of the way possible to help. My Mum is 84 and lives in Mass. and I live 3 hours away in NH. With that being said, we could not have hoped for a more honest, hard working agent to represent us at such a long distance away to see us through. We had a lot of bumps and turns of preparing our older Florida home for sale. From finding an Electrician, plumber, painter and more, she was not only there for us but, for her buying client as well. Jami is amazing!!. At our first meeting with her she was very confident, prepared, and helpful with what she recommended we do before listing. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and the area (being a local herself.) She gave us her thoughts on the value of the house and how she came up with that number. Going through a divorce and having to sell our home, Jami was presented with two people who didn’t exactly agree on things. She patiently and diligently worked with each of our concerns/requests to ensure the best outcome for both of us. When we listed the home at her suggested price. I knew selling a house could take time but to my delight within a few days and only a couple of showings we had a contract on the house…at the suggested price!!
