It was such a great experience buying such a huge life purchase with Jami! I felt like she was always watching for what I was looking for and on the lookout for pitfalls! Jami is very aware of the market, area and an overall expert in her field. If I had a questions she did her best to find the answer or direct me in a direction to find the answer and often asked the questions I didn't know I needed to ask. I couldn't of asked for better and was thankful she was on my buying team!

Jami is amazing!!. At our first meeting with her she was very confident, prepared, and helpful with what she recommended we do before listing. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and the area (being a local herself.) She gave us her thoughts on the value of the house and how she came up with that number. Going through a divorce and having to sell our home, Jami was presented with two people who didn’t exactly agree on things. She patiently and diligently worked with each of our concerns/requests to ensure the best outcome for both of us. When we listed the home at her suggested price. I knew selling a house could take time but to my delight within a few days and only a couple of showings we had a contract on the house…at the suggested price!! Everything happened so quickly but no matter what hurdles, requests, or difficult situations came up, she handled them promptly with professionalism and compassion that showed she really cared. I was especially grateful that she took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and without pressure or stress.
