Jimmy helped me sell my Mom's home after she passed away. It was a very unique property and my childhood home, and Jimmy navigated both these elements with savvy, kindness, and professionalism. He did an outstanding job staging the home, identifying buyers who would appreciate it, and, ultimately, getting a very attractive price for the home. We really put Jimmy through it! We started a couple of years back by working with him to look at potentially buying a home out in the desert. He showed us many homes and wrote a few offers for us before we eventually backed away from the endeavor. He was very understanding of our see-sawing back and forth and never made us feel like a nuisance or a drain on his time. So, when it came time to sell our house in LA, he was the first person we called. He took the time to walk through our home and property, counseling us on what make-ready projects were worth our time/money and which we should avoid. And he checked back in on us and the house several times throughout the months it took us to get everything ready. Throughout all of this, he was again remarkably patient with the numerous questions and setbacks as we had to push back the launch date to time-and-time-again. He even counseled us on the out-of-state purchase we were making for our move. Once we finally did go to market with the house, Jimmy was a rockstar! He fielded countless calls and sat at our house from 9-to-5 every day for a week-and-a-half, personally showing the house to over 350 prospective buyers. He then had to go through the process of reviewing and submitting to us over 70 offers! He then issued 35 counter-offers before finally landing us an asking price of over $200k above asking and guiding us through a smooth escrow process. It was the hardest I've ever seen an agent work - particularly for a sub-million-dollar house! Throughout it all, Jimmy was warm, patient, and encouraging. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a buyer or seller's agent.
