James is the best!
James was fantastic with helping us go through with our sale. We were assisting my mother with the sale of her condo, and she could be very....trying. James was extremely patient with her and us, and very accommodating to our schedules. He got the showing list very quickly, and had excellent advise on how to improve our chances of selling. We had a cash buyer back out due to his own property failing to sell, which left us in a flail. James stepped in and got things right back on track, and we had the property sold shortly after.
