I couldn't have asked for a better agent, period. Not flashy, not artificial, just down to earth honest and open thus providing profitable beneficial transactions. James will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of, including so many extras, like helping current occupants find a new place, physically helping to move in or out, providing referrals, researching and vetting new tenants (of about 7 investment homes, only one tenant did not move out over an 8 year period, outstanding job of vetting), sending a notary to your home or hotel room if you cant get to one, researching potential investment homes, and the list goes on and on. Obviously, I've used James to sell/buy over a half dozen homes. And I wouldn't think of changing agents, unless his mother told me to. Johnebegood!
