James represented us as we were buying a condo while selling our larger home. The process of the two closings was absolutely ridiculous with constant barriers which delayed closing. Going back to the beginning, James was always available and responsive as we looked at different properties. We encountered some issues even with the simple process of looking at properties but James always did his utmost to rectify the situation. The day we were supposed to move into our new condo, we were stuck waiting outside for funding due to the incompetence of the buyer of our other properties lender. James was able to work it out after a 2.5 hour wait for us to access the property while funding cleared for the next day. I have learned through this process that there is a huge amount of incompetence in the industry. James was a a stand out through the disaster of incompetence we experienced. It you are looking for an agent that is reliable and that you can count on, James is your man. I highly recommend him without hesitation!

He was very truthful and trustworthy he will take everything you ask of him and exceeded it he was always in contact with me 24/7 and explained everything and made sure i understand what next steps we where taking and made sure i found the right house in the right neighborhood he will make you feel like he is a family member helping you I'm from ny he went out multiple times at different times to take videos and pictures and was very detailed and made a very difficult and stressful time into a breeze and fly right by.
